Excessive Sweating
Excessive sweating is called Hyperhidrosis. This condition can be successfully treated by injecting small amounts of Botulinum toxin A into the armpit. This treatment can have a positively life-changing impact on many patients by improving their confidence as the excessive sweating problem can often be the cause of embarrassment for many.
The treatment temporarily blocks the nerves responsible for sweat production and the effect can typically last from 6-9 months. We do advise that you consult with your doctor before considering this treatment in order to rule out any other cause of excessive sweating.

The injections hurt a little mainly when used on the palms and soles and we offer topical anaesthetic cream if requested by our patients. For the rest of the areas, numbing cream is not needed.
